Initial booking and collection
We assign a unique ID number to your
pet at the time of booking and create
an ID tag that contains your pet’s
details (name, breed and location) as
well as a uniquely trackable QR code.
This will provide live updates to our
Client Care team in real-time.
Confirmation
Once your pet is in our care, we
confirm their identification and
booking details against our Pet
Tracker and make sure that your pet
is ready to proceed to our keepsake
or cremation team.
Keepsakes created
We check your pet’s identification
and booking prior to cremation and
attend to any specific last wishes
(such as taking fur clippings or paw
prints). These keepsakes are checked
so that they meet our high-quality
standards at this stage.
Cremation
We place your pet’s identification
on their private cremation
chamber and confirm their details
before and after the cremation
process.
Memorialisation
Your pet’s identification and booking
details are checked and followed to
place their ashes into your chosen urn
or memorial items as requested.
Final inspection
We conduct a final quality inspection
to confirm your pet’s booking details
and any special requests have been
completed perfectly.
Your pet comes home
When returning your pet’s ashes
home, we carry out one final check,
matching your pet’s identification
and booking details with their return
address to reunite them with you.
