Partnering with Edenhills
We offer your clinic the flexibility of two service options when partnering with Edenhills Adelaide as your pet cremation service provider:
Referral: We provide you with our Edenhills brochures for you to hand to your clients so they may contact us directly. We will make all arrangements including payments and any special requests such as fur clippings or paw prints. You can also send us the client’s details and advise them that one of our caring Edenhills Adelaide team members will contact them to make all arrangements.
Vet Direct: We provide your clinic with unbranded brochures and allow your team to handle the entire relationship with your client. Your staff will make all necessary arrangements with them, including discussing all available memorabilia options, vessel choice and payment. Your clinic then contacts Edenhills Adelaide to make the booking on behalf of your client.
Memorialisation & Keepsake Options
We believe there is no right or wrong way for your clients to memorialise their beloved pet. What they and their family decide to do to pay tribute to their beloved pet has to be right for them and to ensure they match the values and service ethics of your clinic. Once your clients have made their final arrangements, they have a number of options available to honour their pet’s memory. These include but are not limited to:
- Urns (wooden, ceramic or metal)
- Memorial jewellery
- Memorial glass domes
- Teddy bears
- Burial garden plaques
- Engraved stones
Trust through Technology
We go the extra mile to make sure the ashes of your client’s pet, and only their pet, are returned to them.
