If your pet passes away at home, or if you choose to say goodbye to your pet at home, it is comforting to know there are options available for you. This means you can focus on spending your last treasured moments together in peace.
Our home collection service offers prioritised and dignified collection of your pet from your home within two hours of receiving your booking, or within a time that’s suitable to you. This service is available 7 days a week, including public holidays, ensuring our experienced and caring team is always ready to help should you need us. Home collection is currently available for pets in metro areas only.
Platinum service
Our platinum service includes the dignified collection of your pet from your home or vet practice by our experienced and caring team, followed by a guaranteed private cremation. This ensures that the ashes of your pet, and only your pet, will be returned to you within one business day, accompanied by a dedicated carer.
Your pet’s ashes will then be returned to you in your choice of standard vessel. You can also choose from a range of urns and memorabilia for an additional cost, allowing you to create a truly personalised and loving tribute to your pet.

Gold service
Our gold service includes guaranteed private cremation of your pet, ensuring the ashes of your pet, and only your pet, will be returned to you within three business days. Our friendly team will help you organise a time for you to bring your pet to our facility, and we will call you as soon as your pet’s ashes are ready to be taken home.
Your pet’s ashes will be returned in your choice of standard vessel, or you can also choose from a range of urns and memorabilia for an additional cost, creating a heartfelt and meaningful reminder of your time together.

Final Goodbye Viewing Service
Being able to say a touching final goodbye to your pet can be a hugely important part of the grieving process.
Our Comfort Room at Edenhills offers you and your family, including other pets, a private and understanding space to farewell your pet. Allowing you the opportunity to see your pet at peace and reflect on your life together.
We encourage you to bring in any family photos, letters or treasured items that played a part in your pet’s life to help honour their memory. At the end of the viewing, our friendly and caring team will then collect your pet from our Comfort Room in preparation for the next stage of their journey.
Short Viewing (30 minutes) $90
Long Viewing (60 minutes) $160
Cremation Viewing (45 minutes) $215
These services are subject to availability and location.
Arrangements will be made to return your pet’s ashes home at a later date unless a Platinum or Gold Service has been requested.
