Home collection
If your pet passes away at home, or if you choose to say goodbye to your pet at home, it is comforting to know there are options available for you. This means you can focus on spending your last treasured moments together in peace.
Our home collection service offers prioritised and dignified collection of your pet from your home within two hours of receiving your booking, or within a time that’s suitable to you. This service is available 7 days a week, including public holidays, ensuring our experienced and caring team is always ready to help should you need us. Home collection is available upon request for an additional charge and is currently available for pets in metro areas only.

Premium services:
Premium services are subject to availability and location Monday to Friday and allow you to be reunited with your beloved pet sooner. Non-standard vessels may be available or provided later, as our priority is returning your pet to you as soon as possible. Please note that return times may be longer for pets outside the metro area.
Platinum service
The Platinum service takes care of everything with a dedicated priority private cremation that allows your pet’s ashes to be returned to your home within one business day.
Pricing is in addition to cremation costs.

Gold service
The Gold service offers a priority private cremation that allows your pet’s ashes to be collected from our location or returned home within three business days.

Final Goodbye Viewing Service
Being able to say a touching final goodbye to your pet can be a hugely important part of the grieving process.
Our Comfort Room at Edenhills offers you and your family, including other pets, a private and understanding space to farewell your pet. Allowing you the opportunity to see your pet at peace and reflect on your life together.
We encourage you to bring in any family photos, letters or treasured items that played a part in your pet’s life to help honour their memory. At the end of the viewing, our friendly and caring team will then collect your pet from our Comfort Room in preparation for the next stage of their journey.
Short Viewing (30 minutes) $90
Long Viewing (60 minutes) $160
Cremation Viewing (45 minutes) $215

Arrangements will be made to return your pet’s ashes home at a later date unless a Platinum or Gold Service has been requested.
