We’re proud to offer a range of vessels and memorabilia to help you commemorate the life of your beloved pet, keeping them close to your heart forever. There are a few things we’d like you to know about all of our products, which you can read more about below.
- All prices displayed are subject to change, with any changes notified to you as soon as possible.
- All items are subject to availability, and may not always be available. Should this be the case, our friendly team will assist you in selecting a similar product for your pet.
- All dimensions listed are approximate.
- Actual product colours may vary slightly from images, especially for handmade or natural products that are completely unique.
- Please note that photographs of your pet are not included unless otherwise stated, but can be easily positioned by you at home (applicable products only).
- Our jewellery pendants are designed for occasional wear, and do not include a chain or satin cord unless otherwise stated.
- Our keepsake items are only designed to hold a very small amount of your pet’s ashes, so you will need to choose another vessel to securely hold the remaining ashes.
- We will select the appropriate size of vessel to suit the weight of your pet. If you have any special requirements, our team will be happy to assist you.
- Please let our friendly team know upon booking if you would like us to take a clipping of your pet’s fur, a print of your pet’s paw print in ink or clay, a photo of your pet’s paw for a digital print or a paw casting (applicable costs apply) .
- Please allow 2-8 weeks for the creation of our bespoke products. We will return your pet’s ashes to you at the same time as these items, unless you would like to request otherwise (applicable costs apply).
- For standard private cremation services, your pet’s ashes will be returned to you in your choice of drawstring bag, niche box, biodegradable box or standard tin. All other vessels and memorabilia items are available for an additional cost.
- All prices include GST, with no further discounts applied. Full payment is required before your pet’s ashes are returned to you.
