These terms & conditions apply to the InvoCare Pet Cremations’ Compassionate Care Champion Competition to be run by InvoCare Australia Pty Limited (ABN: 22 060 060 031) (InvoCare) during Veterinary Nurse and Technologist Week 2026 from 5th to 19th Oct 2026.

Instructions on how to enter the competition form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Restrictions

• Entry in the competition is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older.
• Employees, officers, and immediate family members of InvoCare and any organisations associated with the administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.
• You are only permitted to enter ONE Compassionate Care Champion nominee and can only enter the competition ONCE.

Entry Requirements

• To enter the competition, entrants must: Scan the QR code and complete the online nomination form, including the details of the person they wish to nominate as their Compassionate Care Champion.
• Entries open at 9:00am AEST on 5 October 2026 and close at 3:00pm AEDT on 19 October 2026.
• Entries are deemed to have been received at the time they are received by InvoCare, not at the time of submission by the entrant.
• InvoCare reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including an entrant’s identity and eligibility to enter. InvoCare may disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by InvoCare to enforce any of its rights at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Prizes

• Three (3) winners will be selected at random from the pool of nominated Compassionate Care Champions. Each winner will receive a $100 Bunnings Voucher and a Self-Care Hamper valued at $100, for a total prize value of $200 per winner.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or voucher.
• If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, InvoCare reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
• Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by any relevant prize supplier, including any validity or expiry dates.
• Any ancillary costs associated with claiming or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner and are not included as part of the prize.

Draw

• The draw will take place at 10am AEDT on 20th October 2026 at 1A Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes, NSW.

• Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of winning.
• Winners will be notified by phone and email, prizes will be distributed to the winners promptly and, in any event, within 28 days of the draw.
• InvoCare is not obligated to enter any further correspondence regarding the competition results.
• If a winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, or a prize remains unclaimed after reasonable attempts have been made to contact the winner, InvoCare reserves the right to conduct a redraw at the same location as the original draw.
• All non-winning eligible entries from the original draw will be included in any redraw.

Personal Information

• • If you select that you would like to be contacted or provided with information on InvoCare’s services when submitting the webform, InvoCare may use your personal information to contact you or provide you with information about InvoCare’s services.
  • If you do not make such selection, InvoCare will only use your personal information for the purpose of the competition (including compliance with any legislative requirements).

Liability

The Promoter will not be liable:

• for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury, which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in a competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

These terms & conditions apply to the InvoCare Pet Cremations $100 Bunnings or Officeworks gift voucher giveaway to be run by InvoCare Australia Pty Limited (ABN: 22 060 060 031) (InvoCare) at the DOGS DAY OUT SA 2026 held on 27 SEPT 2026 at the Mawson Lakes, Mobara Park and Denison Centre.

Instructions and information on how to enter the Giveaways form part of these terms and conditions, and entry into a Giveaway is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions by the person who enters a Giveaway.

Eligibility and Restrictions

• Entry in the Giveaways is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older.
• Officers and employees (and immediate family) of InvoCare or companies associated with the Giveaways are ineligible to enter.
• You are only permitted to enter one Giveaway and can only enter that Giveaway once.

How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, you must:

• visit the InvoCare stand at the conference;
• scan the QR code for the Giveaway you wish to enter; and
• fill in and submit the webform that you will be sent to when you scan the QR code.

You can enter the Giveaway between 9:00am – 3:00PM 27 Sept 2026. 

Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by InvoCare and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. 

InvoCare reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and details) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by InvoCare to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Prizes

• 1 successful entrant into the Voucher Giveaway Competition will receive a $100 voucher of their choice for Officeworks OR Bunnings (valued at $100) from InvoCare.

• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other special, discount or promotional offer including other vouchers.
• Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, InvoCare reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
• Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier of the prize or InvoCare, including but not limited to, validity and expiration periods.

If InvoCare is unable to successfully award a prize after exhausting all reasonable efforts to do so, it may undertake one or more re-draws at the same place as the first draw until all prizes are claimed.

All non-winning entries from the original draw will be included in each re-draw.

• to any entrant for any cancellation, changes or unavailability of a Prize (including if a winner is unable to retrieve the Prize from the email address it was issued to); and
• for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury, which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in a Giveaway, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
